| The Mankato Builders Exchange would like to invite you to become a member.

| This is a business organization which provides a depository for plans from architects, engineers and governmental agencies. Contractors and material suppliers can view plans in our planroom and prepare quotations for construction contracts. We cover a wide range of projects such as schools, banks, offices, store buildings, churches, hospitals, bridges, roads, and many other types of construction. We maintain up-to-date lists of member contractors and suppliers and help to set some basic guidelines for sub-contractor and contractor relationships with a code of ethics. The Mankato Builders Exchange is a vital link between owner, architect, engineer, material manufacturer, dealer and contractor to promote and assist in any way possible.

| We publish a Weekly Bulletin, listing plans on file at the Exchange. Also included is information about addendums and planholder’s lists available at the Exchange. This publication is sent to all members and to architectural and engineering professionals.

| Our website includes information about the Mankato Builder’s Exchange such as member listings by CSI divisions, news of upcoming events, and the Weekly Bulletin. The website version of the Weekly Bulletin is updated daily. |
| Advertising space is offered in this publication. The advertising is updated yearly, but we can add new advertisers on a prorated basis at any time. Advertising space is also offered on our website.

| Our two annual gatherings give you a good opportunity to meet old and make new friends in the construction field. We offer a Spring Golf/Banquet event and a Fall Trap Shoot/Dinner annually. |
| We have scholarships at South Central Technical College and Minnesota State University, Mankato to promote the training of skilled manpower and attract potential candidates to the building trades industry who otherwise may be unable to attend without this financial aid. |
| The Mankato Builders Exchange membership includes people from every area connected with construction: contractors, builders, bankers, insurance companies, suppliers, architects, engineers, public utilities and about any other group you can think of – from the one-man operation to the largest firm in Southern Minnesota. |
| If you do not see a direct benefit or use of the Mankato Builders Exchange, check your list of customers who are members and use the Exchange. As with most projects, the general contractor works with the sub-contractor who in turn works with suppliers and manufacturers. You may be surprised at how many of your customers and colleagues are members of this fine organization. Why not your firm? |
| The Mankato Builders Exchange is supported by annual dues paid by its members. The dues are low for a firm to become a member. A fifteen (15) member Board of Directors, elected from the membership, serves with no annuities to further the building trade industry. |
